Three weeks later he was diagnosed with testicular cancer. Fortunately, the cancer had not spread and radiation treatments helped Mike back to normal health. Through his experience with cancer, Mike noticed that others were not as fortunate in their personal battles. Therefore, he wanted to set up a foundation to help. The Mike Lowell Foundation Charity Golf Classic donates all proceeds to the League Against Cancer and local sports programs. With your support we can all make a difference in the lives of many.
